How do you feel about

With my old jeep i always got invited out when people went wheeling. But i wasnt all the jacked up and stuff. But now there was a few events that i wasnt invited to cause they said i was to big. So my question is do you find after lifting your machine up and running like 35 plus tires people dont really want you wheeling with them anymore. Im the kinda guy that dont mind being at the back of the group I just like going out for fun. Im just wondering if this is a common thing.

It's time to find other jeeps ur size. I think it's mainly intimidation and experience. Most stockers might be too embarrassed to ask you to come b/c they know there gonna struggle on little stuff that ur gonna walk right over. Pickn the lines with there 29"s.

Speaking for myself here, mine is stock and I'll wheel it with the biggest Jeep around. I don't have a problem with that, I just won't be able to go everywhere they do.

I find that if they complain that you are too big....

....just apply an ice pack for a few seconds.

Well with all this being said maybe this should be added to the things you need when going to 35 inch tires. Bigger differentials, cv shaft, sye, new gears, lockers, and new jeep friends. It wasnt something i had plans on happening at all. Maybe i will build a jeep for my wife. But shes just learning how to drive manual so that may be difficult. there are a few guys with full size trucks that like going. But its not really the same we need a chain saw for them to get around the trails. But maybe after we cut down half the forest they will be able to get around better.

Are you the guy that had that post a few days back about getting semi-smashed and almost rolling his Jeep (BTW, what happened to that thread anyway?)? Maybe that has something to do with it.
