how do you take these off?

i dont know how to explain them.. the bumps on the front of the bumper? how are they removed?

I took my bumper off and unbolted them.

You may want to start soaking the mounting bolts in panther pee first.

the hardest part was re wiring my fog lights (thats an old pic from like a week after i got it)

you'll need a T-55 torx bit to take the bumper off, 4 bolts on top, 2 underneath. each rubber nub has 2 bolts holding them on from behind.

yea i got them off last night it looks good i think im going to build up my bumper instead of buying a 400 dollar one
