How hard is it to make rock sliders?

I was thinking about making rock sliders for my jeep. More for the look than function I do very light off roading since its my daily driver.. I want to get get rid of the stock step. Any ideas?

That all depends on the look you are going for and what kind of fabrication skills you have.

4"x3"x3/16" makes a good base start for sliders if you don't have access I a break. I used 3x3 on mine but didn't add any sort of tube step to it I have stirrups on my jeep. I based mine off if the ones Brook's custom concepts sells
