How do you think I could get this dent out??? Heat it up with hair dryers and then do compressed air maybe? Or any other ideas

Take it to a good body shop and get it done right.

A hair dryer??? Right.

The area damaged off of your cowl is not accessable from behind, so pounding out with a hammer won't work. My damage was very similar when i bought my wrangler. I was able to use a slide hammer and bondo and i have never done body work before. There are tons of youtube videos about body work. It was a lot of work but mine came out looking pretty good.

The right way to do that would be to replace the panel or cut out the damaged area and weld in a patch.

A body shop that works on the cheap would pull the dents with a slide hammer and then bondo it. If you go this route and do it yourself, remember that bondo isn't a miracle cure, it's only supposed to have a maximum thickness of 1/8-1/4" so you will still have lots of dent pulling to accomplish before you get to the bondo stage.

Chicks scars.

If you cant hide it...flaunt it.

Hang a fire extinguisher there, and rejoice in the knowledge that you will never lay awake at night kicking yourself over a gosh-darned mirror-dimple in the hood cowling

Seriously, I thought a hair dryer and compressed air combo to fix dents is nothing but snake oil but that combo actually worked for me recently to remove a tailgate dent on my wife's Enclave. It won't work for the OP's area since that area on the Jeep is more reinforced vs. areas like the door.
You use a hair dryer to heat up the dent then spray cold compressed air on the dent while tapping with your palm along the edge of the dent. I was about to take her car to a PDR guy but gave this method a try since I had a can of computer duster lying around. It took about 85% of the dent out. Hardly noticeable when looking directly at the lift gate, only at the angle in pic.
