Yep, take a step back, and cool off. As long as the doors will open & close, they'll come off, eventually. PB blaster it every day, and just keep trying a few minutes each day. They'll pop loose when they're ready.
**** Make sure someone is ready to "catch" the door when it does break free! It would really suck to go through all this trouble, only to send your door crashing onto the driveway.
I recommend carefully cleaning the hinge pins, then apply liberal amounts of Locktite anti-sieze on the hinge pins, once you get the doors off.
And don't worry about those twisted-off nuts. If you enjoy having the doors off (heck, who doesn't!), you won't care. Once I took mine off, they never went back on. When I traded in my Jeep, I gave the door-hinge nuts to the salesman in a pill bottle lol!
