How to measure total lift

I have a full traction kit and a body lift how can i measure the total lift what and where do I measure obviously I measure the body lift but how do I kno the total lift Also I want to get some discos where can I get those or should I get a anti rock?

Measure the springs then add the body lift you will get the total amount.
