How To Mount License Plate ???

Hello.

After I switched the order at 4wd.com from a ProComp Rear Bumper to a Smittybilt Rear Rock Crawler Bumper (has a real 5000 lbs rated 2" receiver) I found a new problem.

Here in Germany we have real big license plates and I donīt know where I could mount my license plate on my new Smittybilt bumper.

Is there a license plate mount that i can put on the 2" receiver?
Do you think it does fit above the receiver under the spare tire?
Or do you have another idea?

Thatīs the new bumper:

And there you can see how big my license plate (sorry itīs a bit dirty ) is, we also have to install the 2 lights above the plate:

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for answering my question...

Why do you think did I order a new bumper......?

Because i want to get rid of these ugly stainless steel rear bumpers and lights...!
Btw. Iīll also unmount my stainless steel sidesteps. I ordered some PSC ricochet rockers instead.

I noticed that they are in the way all the time iīm offroading. But iīll miss the extra light when i back up.
But one red light has to be installed. Here in Germany we need a rear red fog light. Iīll install this light every 2nd year 5 minutes before i drive to the car inspections.

I would mount it in the center of the spare tire unless you normally run a tire cover over it.

@slf41002:

I also thought of that before. But then i would have to run soime wire to the plate lights there. And it would also be unpractical. I use to demount my spare tire every week or second week when i go wheeling, because the spare is in the way too often when the trails are very difficult.

Itīs a friends Jeep and not street legal.
There are only a handful of street legal TJs that are modified like mine over here.

Itīs a CJ7 with a 5.9L charged V8 with a Unimog Tranny and a modified Dana 300 TC. HE also has Unimog portal axles and some other goodies. He runs 42" tractor tires.
Another friend has nearly the same setup, but he has a modified BMW 750i V12 engine with about 380 HP.

Here are two better pics:

How about some kind of quick release plate mount with a plug on a 4" led light stip for the light. You could also have a magnet mounted to the back of the plate to attach to the tailgate while the tire is off.

when iīm off the road i donīt need a license plate. no cop will ever get there where i drive along...

my best ideo would be a plate with a plug for the light that will be connected to the 2" receiver. but iīm not good in building my own things and i donīt really have time for that. thatīs why iīd like to buy something that i can install really easy.

Here is Tomken's License plate holder.

http://www.quadratec.com/products/12014_94.htm

I know this is for standard US plates, so hope that it helps!

There's always the real estate that's available on your gas skid.
