How to replace the inner shift boot

I have an '00 TJ, manual transmission, that needs to have the inner and external shift boots replaced. I have done a quick search online to find out how to do this, but so far no luck.
Anyone have any links or instructions on how to go about doing it? Went all last summer without the inner boot and the external boot was just flopping around on the gearshift. Definitely do not want to go through this summer that way.

Thanks.

No, I already have that to replace, what I need to do is replace the inner boot.

I already have the boot. I tried to take the gear shift knob off, but it doesn't really budge and I don't want to force the knob off. Was just hoping that there might be something online or someone might have the steps before I really start tearing into it.

Pop the shift pattern off the knob, underneath is a nut. Unscrew and remove the knob. Pull the outer boot out carefully, it clips into the console. Pull it off the stick and there is the inner boot.
