I've owned my Jeep for 3 years now. Each summer something out of my Jeep gets stolen when I'm topless and doorless during the summer.
First summer- glove box lock broken and valuables stolen... Expensive lesson learned and I now have a steel glove box and security drawer under my seat.
Second summer- some stuff stolen out of my center console. Nothing of value kept in there, more of an annoyance than anything, maybe $20-30 total.
Yesterday- floor mats, foot pegs, and breaker bar (for changing tire) stolen. Has anyone found a good way to secure floor mats, or does anyone do anything to prevent theft of floor mats while doorless? (Weird coincidence btw... They were stolen while I was taking my written test to become a police officer)
New foot pegs ordered, these ones are threaded and have a nut holding them so at least it will require a tool of some sort to remove. Floor mats ordered also, I just don't really want them stolen again.
