How to unplug the O2 sensors (2004)

Hi all,

I need some (hopefully) simple help with the 02 sensors on an '04. I seem to have killed them while replacing my rear main seal (maybe the PB blaster for the Y tube connections). At any rate, at 150k I might as well replace them anyway.

On to the simple question: How do I get the harness unplugged? I tried to mess with it, but either my fingers aren't strong enough, or I'm using the wrong screw driver or something. I don't want to break the harness, nor do I want to stab myself with a screwdriver :-)

Thanks!

This is sounding less enjoyable by the minute ;-p

I'm right that there are four of them, correct? Two in the manifold before the mini-cats, one right after the bank 1 (front) mini-cat, and one close to the transmission well after the other mini-cat.

Close....

two before the mini cats in the manifold.... two directly AFTER the mini CATS... ( If you have a CA emissions compliant Jeep)

For reference...
