Humming/vibration

I have a slight vibration/humming coming from the drive train. It's not a grinding sound and when I let off the gas it goes away. I have changed the gear oil in both diffs and just put on new firestone destination a/t tires which are the quietest tire I've ever owned. My old dueler at revos were so noisy you could barely hear someone talking while going down the road at 55. Now it so quiet I can hear and feel a slight humming. Is this normal for jeeps due to the 4 wheel drive system?

My 2005 Unlimited is doing the same thing at 40 mph. Slight humming and vibration. Goes away when I let off gas or accelerate. Mine is the 4 speed ultra overdrive tranny.

That is why I asked. From what I can gather the 42rle auto box does that when the OD kicks in.
