Go to Home Depot and get some Grade 8 bolts.

take the old bolt with you to match the thread pitch and size

It should be a torx bit if it's from the factory, otherwise my guess is a hex head, but you wouldn't be asking if that were the case...

and what do you use to power the torx bit? those bolts seem like they are in there SUPER TIGHT
