I hate spoiled kids with jeeps fyi :O

So i take it you bought yours yourself, or at least worked for it somehow?

I bought mine, and had the only jeep at school. then two kids started driving their dads and two kids bought them after I did.

Yeah what can I say I inspire my peers.

but if you dont live in a snowy condition where they use salt or you dont live on a dirt road (again thats me, i do like 5 miles of dirt roads every time i leave my house) then you will be fine.

you may think a muddy jeep is cool, and it is. but its also cool to show your proud of your jeep and keep it clean.
I once heard here "If It Aint Broke Then Keep it clean" and really agreed with it.

my dads 01 f-150 is a rusty mess cause he NEVER washes it. my 2001 jeep is still pretty rust free because I put effort in to keep it that way.
Just wondering, how good is the 2.5L? I'm not looking for speed cos this thing tops out at like 80mph. BUt how is it when mudding, etc.?

I worked for this for the longest time. My brother is a Wedding photographer and I go with him every weekend and take pictures, make videos, edit for the past 3 years. I help around whenever I can, get straight A's every year, and I don't ask for allowance so they got me this.

What I've discovered so far is that most of the time, the previous owner towed it on a RV for a while and sold it. Not sure about the first owner however.

Im not quite the jeep expert but the 2.5 will do just fine in a stock to mild application for offroading. from what I hear around here anyway (I have the 4.0L myself)

but when you starting running tires bigger then 31s and do some big off roading the 2.5 starts to suffer. Keep it geared properly if your going to go bigger then 31 inch tires and you should be able to keep up with the crowd.

but from what I hear they are very slow, bad for on ramp merging and things. even my 4.0 is slow so I can only imagine.
keep it healthy and running well and it will work just fine. no matter what engine you have its still a jeep right? =)
