how much is the serpentine belt roughly...?

2.5L its cracking bad but i think im just going to end up pushing my luck another month, i hate to say it but im a big procrastinator.

umm yea check your lower radiator hose too- if it is like mine it maybe on its way out. Check it were it makes the bend near the frame rail. Mine bursted on me yesturday and well put coolant all over the place.

yeah recently i have been kinda doing little maintenance stuff to it i found the original air filter in it. keep in mind its a 2000.

Don't wait even if you buy the OEM Moper part at $64.00 don't wait.

It will go out at the worst time you could imagine.

Take my word for it just do it.... It's a 20 min fix.

Serpentine's are cheap and easy to install, espically on the 4cyl. Wait until you have to change the internal timing belt. My 94YJ 4cyl had a timing chain and is still fine after 200K. The 04 I have has a belt and will need a replacement per the owners manual. I can only assume the 4.0's need them also.
