I have $300 to spend

Quadratic or 4 wheel parts has a sale on Detroit poet trac lockers for $250, if I did that do I do front or rear first? Or upgrade stealing system or CB mount/firestick and tune. Ideas?

I guess depends on how you use your rig. I might look into local built skid plates, might be able to get for $300....might not. CB is a great idea, and then have some $$ left over.

Oh I guess since you are looking at lockers, then you do use it, sorry just reread your post. Locker might not be a bad idea.

Hope I have helped, or at least maybe added another option.

Nice! I got $300 to spend as well. Unfortunately I looked at both quadratec and 4wheel parts for the locker for $250 but I didn't find anything. I'm having a hard time shifting into 4wd when wheeling. I think I'm going to buy the Novak shifter cable and eliminate the z linkage and also eliminating the small vibration I get upon acceleration.

I think I will also spend the other part of a Uniden 520 cb radio since I already have the cb antenna, mounts, and cables.

Novak is a great upgrade! I love mine. It is also a great start for future mods like tt, sl and bl. If you want more info check out my build thread.

I havent yet. Im building up my lift. I did buy the lopro mount at the same time. I got the 1/4" carbon steel. I saw your posts about your issues in another thread. Did you get the right one for your year of jeep? What transmission do you have?

So I assume it was correct. It was more work than I thought it should have been but it does look good.

Yeah something was wrong. It shouldnt have been that much work. I have the NV3550. I know with the lopro mount you have to relocate the cat and modify the trans mount "block". But thats it. And mine said "early 1" on it to. I hope mine installs easier.
