I just had to do it!!

So every time I go back home to see my parents, I'm greeted by a garage full of goodies just waiting to be installed on my Jeep. I'd had enough of their mockery so I had the tires mounted/balanced and installed them on my Jeep this weekend. I'm still only running the 2" BB, so I won't be doing any off-roading until I can get the 3" FT suspension and 1" BL installed in a couple of weeks. Scout was nice enough to sell me some Old Man Emu monotube long-travel shocks, so they'll be getting installed as well to hopefully give me a better ride. Here are some pics.....no action shots, sorry!!

Thanks, Jack. It's coming along. Slowly, but it's coming along. I get my cast off in less than two weeks so the rest of the build will be easier. I figure it'll be alot less cumbersome with a detachable walking boot than a cast when I'm crawling around under the Jeep putting the BL and suspension under her.

They're 15x8 Eagle Alloys Series 102 with 3.75" BS.....fake beadlocks. The guy who balanced the tires said they balanced REALLY easy. He was surprised at how well they balanced.

Well, I ordered 3.75" BS, but maybe they pulled a fast one on me? I got them from a local dealer in Victorville, CA.

How easy was the install? I haven't installed it yet, looking at doing it in the next couple of weeks.

Now I'm beginning to wonder if mine are 3.75". They do stick out a bit, huh? Oh well, I don't really care. They look good.

3.75 bs is farther in 3.25 bs is farther out.

the less backspacing a wheel has the farther it will stick outward of a vehicle.
