Not the back roll bar. They're on the soft top frame. Give me a minute and I'll take a picture of them.

Tip: open rear door, unzip window to about 2" past the snap straps, grab rear window around the cross piece on both sides and roll up, will make it tighter.

Word of caution...Make sure you guys clean the vinyl inside and out before rolling up. I cant hardly see through my back window because whoever owned it before me didnt take car of it.

Me too, and it sucks. I also do not have the straps. I remember on my 98 tj, that the straps were sewn into the top??

You may already know this but:
check out one of the jeep accessories websites, they should have something (relatively inexpensive) you can apply to clear you window up a little bit.

I also use these straps to hold down the soft top so it doesn't move when driving at high speeds.

I found mine in the glove box in a plastic bag full of various straps, along with a VHS tape explaining the care and feeding of the top. If I remember right, the other straps were for strapping the windshield to the hood, and securing the rear seat in the folded forward position... or something like that.

Also don't use paper towels to wash the plastic windows either, they scratch it.
