i need 97 TJ soft top frame parts...help!

Help!!! I am in need of the black canvas sides that are attached to the soft top frame. There is one on each side and the are screwed into the frame bar. I dont need the actual soft top. I need the black nylon or canvas part. I believe it is attached to the frame for tension when the top is up. Where can I get these parts? Thanks in advance!

Corey

Look on Quadratec or morris 4x4 site for the diagram of soft top parts. Find the part you are missing and then check ebay to see if its there...

You mean the nylon straps that attach from the center hoop to the rear hoop? They are about 4-5"'wide...

Both of mine have ripped off of the center bar also and fly like flags in the wind with top up and back window off. I think they are there to assist with raising the top frame when lifting the top up. Thought I would cut one off and take it to a fabric store and try to match the material, then drill out the fastners and use screws to reattach.

They help keep the tension right on the top too, but if that's what you need, just go to the fabric store and buy some poly or nylon straps and screw or rivet them into the frame near where the originals were... Less than $10 probably.
