I need help sputtering and back far

I have a 1997 wrangler with a 2.5 and at three thousand rpm it starts sputtering and backfire. It Idols fine runs good but if I hit 3000 rpm I have to let off of gas and slowly get back into it and runs good any help what I should look for. I have replace spark plugs wires and distributor and rotary but, tps still have problem.

My o2s are beyond bad and they haven't thrown out a code in over a year. They're only $25, worth a shot.

Also, along with this, does anyone have a write up for a TPS change?

The TPS is super easy (at least n my 92 YJ) I bought the Manual for my wrangler but if u YouTube it it's right there.
I did it myself and took me five mins. U just unplug it... Unscrew it and then repeat to install n reverse
