I need your opinion!

Should I keep my rims chrome or bedline them? I really like the look of black rims but I am hesitent to paint such expensive wheels. They are moto metals that the po put on but the do have some flaking Thanks in advance.

Depending on value sell them and buy some black wheels, steel would be cheap.

Tough call, but I think I would buy black steelies unless you are really attached the them.

I actually think the chrome looks kinda good on your Jeep. But if you want to go black then I say paint those rims. I just personally prefer alloys over steelies. You could always do that plasti-dip stuff first so you could remove it if you didn't like it.

My friend bedlined the stock rims on his cherokee, and it looked good when it was first sprayed. But after a short while it looked like crap, because the bedliner holds dirt really well.

In my opinion the Crome Alloy wheels look killer on your Jeep.

The chrome and white is not doin it for me, I would get some black steelies, and sell those because they appear to be in really good condition.

No way u paint those rims, i would hold out for a deal on some black wheels that way u have the option to swap out to give ur baby a different look. U know, summer time top down at the beach with some bling.

What part of the swamp are you from. I'm coming down to see my family for New years. Might be interested if you want to sell.

Those are nice wheels, I think you should sell or trade em for something else.

I think your Jeep looks great!! I guess I am old school, because I do not generally get that excited over black wheels. I do like them on some vehicles such as white ones. Bedlining them will look okay to start with but will retain dirt and may fade.

I would sell the chrome and buy black... But, if you decide to paint them you can carefully spread vasoline onto the tire, nice thin layer. Then paint them and let dry completely, then dishsoap and water will cut the vasoline and rinse all the overspray right off the tires as you wash 'em.

Did you end up bedlining your rims? I'm thinking about doing my top and rims this weekend, and just wondering how well it holds up on chrome.
