I painted my fender flares and bezels this weekend, and what a difference it makes! I hope the paint lasts.

Has anyone successfully painted factory side steps? If so, did you use the same process of cleaning, sanding, acetone, and Krylon Fusion (black satin)?

Thanks all!

I am getting ready to paint my OEM steps with some basic spray on bedliner sometime in the near future...... Anybody ever tried that?
Nobody ever defended anything successfully, there is only attack and attack and attack some more.

License to kill gophers by the government of the United Nations. Man, free to kill gophers at will. To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a varmint. And a varmint will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote.
