I had this same problem yesterday. I sprayed the hinges with kriol oil penetrant. Then we put a hard wood board on a floor jack with a fair amount of pressure pressed up on the lower hinge pin, the i pulled up on the door while opening it partially opening and closing the door. after about 10 minutes of this the pin finally started to move. Patience is a virtue. Cleaned and lubed and good to go.

What are you using to take off the nut. I am ordering a new wrangler and I remember beating up the paint on the nut taking it off. Is there a better wrench out there for the job?
