ARB is the best known manufacturer of that type of bumper. I think I've seen 1 or 2 smaller manufacturers that also make that style but ARB is the best known.

not a whole lot of options for that style bumper on a tj .. I believe its because the frame rails are so close together you either have to mount the winch above them or infront of them.

RoadArmor is also well known for that. They have, unfortunately, discontinued their whole Jeep product line.

On my ARB bull bumper the winch sits part way in (not sure if that's the one you're talking about), but I think I paid 4 something for it. Here's a pic. The way they do it is the top of the bumper is high enough that it also covers the sway bar so you loose the plastic sway bar cover.

I wouldn't spend even close to $930 for a bumper, I wouldn't even spend half that much for just a bumper.

Once I get done all the important stuff that no one outside the jeep world appreciates I'm moving onto armor. The way I look at it is for the cost of a MIG welder+ materials = cost of an expensive bumper. So in the long run fabbing up a bumper, rails, and rear bumper/tire carrier is more cost efficient plus ya have the skill of welding for any other project down the road.
