injector question

Just looking for some opinions so here it goes. If jeep sits awhile there is a extended crank time to start. I am nearly certain it isnt the fuel pump regulator as the whole unit was replaced. I will be pulling the fuel rail and checking to see if any injectors are leaking when I get a chance but my question is if one is leaking would you all recommend just replacing the leaking one or replacing all of them? It is a 04 with approx 130k and they are original.

If you find a leaky injector, I would replace just that one.

However, don't rule out a defective new fuel pump and regulator. I replaced mine last year for the same problem but the problem remained. Very frustrating. After finding no evidence of leakage at the fuel injectors, I replaced the new fuel pump/pressure regulator again with a new one which fixed the problem. At least Rock Auto gave me partial credit for the defective first one they sent me. It was only a partial credit because it took me so long get around to troubleshooting it more to discover the first one I received was defective.

Ok, forgot to stop and pick up some new injector O-rings so figured I would pull the plugs and check them out since I was intent on doing something. I had just driven it for 20 miles or so and had only been home for approx 10minutes. Pulled plug #1 and it was wet, all the rest were dry. In my mind that leads me to think injector #1 must be leaking giving me my issue. Does this seem accurate to you guys?

Swap the #1 injector to a different position and see if the problem follows the injector.
