install hard top

just got my first Wrangler, but it has no owner's manual.

can anyone tell me how to remove the old beat up soft top and put on a hard top (bought one used).

try these i got them from the "best top" website if they don't seem to be the right ones navigate around best tops site.

hard top
http://www.bestop.com/installation_guides/41507.pdf

soft top
http://www.bestop.com/installation_guides/79121.pdf

removing/installing the tops are not that difficult. but, it does help to have 2 people. they are for removing and installing the tops on a '97-'02 tj. if that is not the style you have then just look on the best top site.
