Installing hitch, can't find passenger side wiring harness

2004 TJ. Anyone else come across this? I can find the driver's side harness just as I should. Don't see the passenger side at all.

I thought it was only from the driver's side. That's how mine was wired. I only had wires coming out of the rear left fender well when I removed the hitch.

I wish. Maybe that's the stock tow package? I watched a couple videos (with Wranglers of years other than 2004) and they showed wire harnesses on both sides. The wiring kit I got for the hitch confirmed this.

Of course the videos I originally watched featuring other years made it seem like the harness was just sitting up in there like the driver's side...

Then I found this specifically for 2004...

It was dead on. You have to dig on that side. Done and done.

Thanks so much for the replies all!
