Interior Jeep Strip Down

A lot of jeeper can strip down MOST of the interior of the jeep just by using common knowledge, but there are some tasks that I can't figure out alone with other guys I'm sure. Such as how to take out the front part of my jeep console. So I wanna start a thread to help interior strips.

Mine is a 5sp and I broke the shifter bezel removing the bolt under the console. I have read the procedure for removing the center console but must have missed something.

Another thing I read too late was not to let the seatbelts retract all the way as they get stuck. I have been putting off dealing with this one.

Good thread idea.

If you want to stop your seatbelt from retracting all the way, do a zip tie around the belt just in front of the mechanism it rolls into. With it bunched up like that, it won't retract. Get it as tight as you can get it.

Then remove as needed.
