Internal slave cylinder

When i swapped my jeep to manual i only one bellhousing icould put im which is the one with the inner slave cylinder. Is it bad? I mean should i invest in getting another bellhousong with an external slave cylimder? Or are the internal ones fine?

I'd avoid the internal cylinder type of bell housing. The clutch slave cylinder is just too prone to having problems and when problems happen, you have to completely remove the transmission to get to the internal version. That is why Jeep changed it to an external slave cylinder which makes it easy to fix any problems in the hydraulic system.

Soo you would advise me to buy a new bellhousing and internal cylinder? I mean if i replace the internal i have for a new internal it wont last a few years? I will have to pay around $500 to get a bellhousing and ship it to kuwait. And perfornmace wise do they differ?

That's exactly what I recommended. An external slave cylinder is always better but you didn't bring up your $$$ considerations before. If you can afford it, do it. If you can't afford it, then it was a moot question to ask.
