You sure your build sheet doesn't say? I'm looking at my build sheet on my 01 and it says "Camel" and it also says Dark tan. Spice was too light for mine.
I believe Tan is what you need though, they switched from "spice" after 98
Well, it's neither...? In my defense, I used the "Find" function of my browser to search the email for "Tan" and for "Spice" and didn't get any results. After your post, I did the same for "Camel." And Voila! ... 'KG Camel/Dk Green'
But... that's for the seats. Can I assume the dash/glovebox is the same? And, does Tan or Spice match Camel? Does your build sheet list dash color specifically?
The interior color for your 1999 Sahara is called "Camel", it was available on all TJ's from 1997-2002. Whether or not an aftermarket part called spice or tan will be closer to factory Camel is going to vary slightly from part to part, supplier to supplier but both are very close in most cases that I have seen.
Remember that Camel interiors got factory tan carpets and factory tan soft tops. The factory "tan" is much darker than the factory Camel and is actually closer to a light brown.
