Is satellite radio, standard in 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models, or is it just was a optional equipment? If some model don't have satellite radio in equipment, so is the satellite radio wiring and antenna still in that jeep, so I could buy only radio, what work with it?
Since the OP is in Finland, I have no idea what sort of satellite radio services are available there or would have been options on Jeeps sold there. In the US, it was never standard but it is extremely easy to add to 2003 or newer TJs.
Yea, I didn't think any TJ came with standard or optional satellite radio.

It was an option IIRC, but it would have been for Sirius.
Now as to whether it would even work in Europe is suspect. I think satellite coverage is US only for vehicles, though international people CAN do it via the internet or the Sirius/XM application for the iPhone...
I did a bit of googling this afternoon and there doesn't seem to be any sort of satellite radio service available in Europe. I read the only manual for a Europe-specific TJ radio that I could find, which is the RB3 navigation radio, and unlike most of the American radios available from 2003-2006 it does not support satellite radio at all - so I'd tend to think no European TJ was ever available with it.
Thank you all messages. That I know, the some satellite radio broadcasts you can listen in europe, but in here Finland couple channels are stopped their satellite bradcasts. That means they don't do finnish satellite radio broadcastings anymore.
