Is this normal? And will it work?

I have 2002 sahara with an I-6. What would be considered a normal idle when warmed up at about 210 degrees? Mine is running about 600 to 650. Is that normal? sometimes a bit lower.

While I'm getting some good advice. I have some after factory lights, kinda like KC lites, I wired them both together straight to the battery, with an inline 25 amp fuse. Is that sufficient? For the grounds, the light on the right I'm using my neg. battery post and for the one on the left I just ran it to a bolt under my hood that has, what looks like another ground attached. It look like a metal mesh about 1 inch wide that bolts to the under side of my hood right in the middle, near the back. I'm I ok??

Thanks guys, I need all the help I can get!
