Is this safe???

I put 31" tires on my 2000 TJ but didn't get a new spare yet... If anything happens and I need to use the stock spare tire would it be ok???(obviously this would only be in an emergency)... I don't have a lift...

I plan on getting a spare soon but if this scenario ever happened I just want to make sure I am not damaging anything...

Do you have a rear trac loc limited slip differential?
Then it would be a problem.
In the front it“s ok if you only want to drive home for a while.

Just make sure you get a flat in the front, and don't put in 4WD.
Just getting to work is an adventure.

I've been running 31" tires with my 30" spare for the past month and its been fine. You are really only 1/2" difference.
