Talking I've Found A Solution

I've found the solution to the fading problem with tj fenders.I was at a line x reps shop the other day and he gave me a small bottle of liquid vinyl. It works awesome, I put two coats of it on my jeep fenders my mirrors, and my gas,and tag holder. My jeep looks like it brand new.It actually soaks into your old fenders. I did a test on it before i put it on to see if it was flexible on a peice of paper. I let it dry and rubbed and cruppeled it no tears, breaks,or seams. You can actually put it on without taking your fenders off but i recommend you take them off. The good thing about this is the bottle is only $12. I did all my fenders with only using maybe a tenth of the product. So it will last you a long time. If anyone is interested let me know, or if you have a line x store around go ask about it. The name of it is calles liquid vinyl I think it only comes in black though. Hope this help someone

well the good thing about my fenders is that they are already kinda grey to match my grey hardtop...sounds like a good solution though

Nice, thanks for the find on that one. I can't use it because my fender flares on my Sahara are paint matched. Be sure to keep updating this thread to see how the product wears thru the winter and subsequent summer.

I swapped to the 7" Flares due to mud hittin me in the face with the top off. But they are like vinyl so i just armor all them when i wash the jeep. Look good as new every time.
