Jeep Log, Black Pearl

Ok, so i saw a feller on either this forum or maybe jeepforum do a thread about his entire build up from buy to... well a jeep is never done. I liked his idea so even though i didn't come up with the idea I like it. Wish i could find the thread again and give him credit but i played around on two forums last night four several hours. I wa stuck on the desk at work and not on the road.

I bought my Jeep in September 2007 for $12000.00. She's a black 2004 Sahara and was all stock when i got her, heck as of now she still is with a few minor upgrades. So far I've collected two tops other than the factory soft top she came with. The first is a pirate bikini top, then a few weeks later, a hardtop i found on Craigslist for $400! I've removed the factory sway bar disconnects and replaced them with some quick disconnects. I've also upgraded the tires to 31x10.50R15 Mastercrafts. With the oversize tires and the disconnects out i've learned that i need more clearance...

I've decided to order some MCE flat fenders, thanks to the reviews on here. I'm aiming to have a low slung rig with some decent size tires around the 35 or 38 inch range, and still have respectable wheel travel.

So, now time for pics...

this is one of my earlies wheeling pics.

my dogs, roxie and zeus wait'n to go for a ride.
