jeep molding...

i bought a set of replacement windows for my jeep not realizing that factory original windows would not fit with a bestop replacement top. there was a molding strip along the windsheild that had been removed in order for the bestop to go on and there was a huge gap between the windsheild and the window. i went out on line and purchased the replacement molding strips although they are only made for original tops...the frame for the replacement top fits in the holes that the molding was to go in...with a hacksaw i was ablt to cut out the problem area, a little touch up with sandpaper to smooth the edges and these things work great...not only do the factory windows fit fantastic, the bestop ragdoors fit better also...no more whistling and shaking when going done the highway...without the windows on, the jeep has a more finished look also...definitely a cheap easy fix if your soft windows aren't sealing well.
