used to call my 78 CJ7 'slaw' like the monster from The Goonies (or is it sloth??). My current jeeper gets a lot of star wars references, as in, "She'll hold together! (Hear me baby, hold together)." I know...i know.

My wife names all my toys. My mountain bikes have been Wendy and Coral (it was a Gary Fisher Marlin, 'Finding Nemo'.... Get it?)

Now she's named my TJ. It's Midge. I'm not sure where that came from but what are you gonna' do?

I call it lots of names...none of which can be posted on this forum.

The third photo is from the cab of the tow truck, notice the windows and doors off in the second photo. About 30 seconds after I snapped the pic I realized my iPad was in the back seat...yes she was called may names that day.

We are not accustomed to give things a name, but we call our TJ 'Black' and the KJ 'Red'. That saves time fom having to say 'Wrangler' or 'Liberty'.

Georgette....... as in George Romero. The fiance named it after she read some zombie apocalypse book where the main character was named Georgette in honor of Romero.

My girlfriend calls mine T-REX, not really sure why, I normally just call it buddy or bud, just got the 4 beater a few months ago, must be a bit shy and hasn't revealed his name to me yet, perfectly understandable. cheers

When in search for my current jeep my son was going through an Iron man/ super hero phase and I would ask him what color jeep daddy should get .. He would see jeeps and say daddy u want an iron man jeep for red ones .. Or daddy u want a hulk jeep for green ones.. When I got my silver rubi and he saw it he said " ooooo daddy u got a war machine jeep .. I like it " so mine is War Machine via my 3 year old
