Jeep Needs A New Pan

What does this mean exactly?
Sounds like it tore something up underneath.

I saw a classified ad that said that the jeep needed a new pan.
It didn't say OIL pan, so I'm not sure what they meant.

The ad also says that the frame has a small crack, and that the right rear donut spring has pushed up through the floor.

$5500 for a 1999 isn't bad, but man, this thing sounds like it has really been rode hard and put up wet.

sounds like a rust bucket .
he most likely means floor pans .
and if it has that kind of problems it is no way worth that much.

keep looking you will find a good one but you might need to find one that has not spent its life on the coast
