Exclamation Jeep = Noise

I have had my TJ for about 5 years now without any problems. It has a RE superflex short arm 3.5'' lift with 35's and an SYE kit. When driving at normal speed it drives and sound great. When braking though, everything starts to come alive. I get a low vibration when braking at about 10-5 mph. The rear drums are squealing when I'm close to a stop and then the brakes tighten up hard suddenly. When I rock the Jeep from back to front while parked I noticed the tom woods drive shaft is moving ever so slightly up and down at the spline joint. Also when I shift into reverse, its takes a second to engage and then I get a Jeep shaking clunk and its in. As far as I'm concerned RE is shit. The metal cylinders inside the rubber bushings for the control arms aren't even the same size as my mounting points so they shift constantly.

What I know:

Every goddamn bushing in the suspension in rubber and probably shot. The rear sway bar and end links are loose and worn out. The rear brakes were done at Pepboys (mistake).

What I don't know:

Is it worth buying a new suspension kit or bushings all around?
What do I do about the drive shaft being able to move slightly?
How do I quiet my rear brakes?
What do I do about the shifting to loud clunking problem?

What do I do about the drive shaft being able to move slightly? Get it rebuilt, sounds like the slip joint has issues
How do I quiet my rear brakes? Change them again, and follow ALL directions. Turn the drums too.
What do I do about the shifting to loud clunking problem?Uh oh, take it to a tranny shop you trust.
See above

How hard are bushings able to be replaced?

If you get new bushings, try to find some Daystar or Poly bushings. RE is having major issues with a couple batches of their bushings. SOme guys I know were getting a month out of them before they needed replaced again. One guy needed a new set after just one run!
