The doors have quick dis-connect's but the doors do weigh about 20+lbs each but all in all not to much harder to remove.

I think one speaker per door would have done it. Personally, I think 3 is too much. I'm sure it sounds great. It's just not my thing. One good speaker would almost look factory. Nice job on the build.

Haha, that fancy talks above my pay grade! I have no understanding when it comes to those terms! I just know good speakers are $$$$ and the ones I have are in the middle! Lower middle...

I have a sundown 125.4 powering the doors 2 speakers in parallel to each channel giving me 2 ohm's. And I have each channel separately crossed over to get a more flat response.

I ran the wires right next to the door limiting straps. The wires are then connected to 8 pin disconnects along the plastic side molding.

The doors are pretty well sealed I'm not worried about doors getting wet unless the top is down in the rain but even then as long as the doors dry I will be fine the speakers are all sealed backs with silicone sealed terminals so no problem there.

Did they seal the MDF? If not, and it gets wet, it will swell.

Otherwise, it looks great!

Wonder if that is a kicker lower panel from speaker company?Or totally custom? The strap area matches perfect.Maybe a molding along cut line,if needed?

It's custom...I do work like this all the time. This one looks to be made out of Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and wrapped in vinyl. The 'KICKER' can be cut out of MDF (or other materials, preferably via CNC) and the vinyl wrapped/stretched/molded around it.

If you look in the lower left picture you can see the old plastic from the panel with the tape, clamp, etc sitting on it. I would have used that to match the form of the strap area.
