They will if you buy the adapters.

Your tj is a 5 x 4.5 pattern. JK is 5x5

No more then an offset rim would. However some shops will not install wheels on an axle that has spacers installed.

Jeep JK Conversion Adapters

Personally, I'd rather spend less $$$ than those wheels plus a adapters would cost for aftermarket wheels that won't need an adapter. Or spend the same $$$ for awesome aftermarket wheels that won't need an adapter.

The adapters are not cheap. So if the wheels themselves are expensive too, you will be spending a ton of cash for used wheels and adapters, when you can buy new, and get a better wheel.

If your getting the take offs for cheap (or free) then go for it. I see Jerry's point.

So it would be $400+ for the adapters! Holy Schikees Batman, think I'll scrap this idea.
