I'm going to say it'd be far off. My buddy's 00 doors don't fit my 04. I could just imagine the differences between a TJ and a JK

Something is wrong because 97-06 doors are the same.

Will they fit? That depends how picky you are. Do you care if they don't actually close? (And by close, I mean latch shut.) If you don't mind holding the door closed with your left hand the entire time you're driving, then they just might work for you.

Seriously: the TJ doors measure 35" from the front edge of their sheet metal to the rear edge at the latch. By comparison, JK rear doors are only 29.5" long at the same area of measurement. So even if the hinge pins line up identically on both models--and I have no idea if they do--these doors just ain't gonna work on a TJ.

Oh, and have you actually compared the basic shape between TJ doors and JK doors? If not, take a close look at the rear edge on both vehicles--their shapes are very different.

Well, I didn't have a jk just laying around so I could go measure, I knew they were different shape, I wasn't sure on latch spacing, over all what I was simply wondering if it was worth my while buying and tweaking these or simply fab ing up my own, but I got my answer

beats me, both doors were off by a lot. I couldn't shut them in the least bit, it was not aligned with the frame correctly
