Just took off my 2" Pucks

I just took off my 2" pucks to return it to stock.put the OEM shocks back on it too.everything else is stock includung the track bar. It looks like my axles are still shifted 1" to the Driver side front and 1" to the passenger side rear. I thought if I took the pucks out and returned Everything back to stock it would recenter my axles. Is there anything else I need to do? will an Alignment take care of this?Or will they recenter themselves after a few miles on the road?
Thanks!

Does it have a trackbar relocation bracket on the front or rear?

I dont think so I,ll go check again .The PO didnt finish the job.It feels like it handles better. But the axles didnt recenter right away. Im going to go drive it around the block a few times and see if that does anything.

Only other thing I could think of is if the track bars were after market and/or adjustable and were adjusted like that.

Could it be that I used OEM RUBICON shocks? My Jeep is not a Rubi, But I had the shocks left over from a Previous TJ I had years back so I used them... The springs are regular TJ springs...The track bar is stock and dont have a relocation bracket...

The shocks will do absolutely nothing for axle placement. That is only controlled by the track bars and their brackets. I'm at a loss here as to why they would be off. Could you take a picture from one of the sides showing both axles?

Nothing looks bent or damaged, IT has the typical off center axles from a 2" BB, so I figured it would correct itself by putting it back to stock.Im getting new tires and rims put on it in a few days,I'll have a better look at it when I can get underneath it.It seems to drive ok,but Id still like to get it fixed.
thanks again for the replies.
