KC daylighter windshield mount question

i recently bought some KC daylighters to put on my windshield but the package did not comewith directions on how to run the wire to the battery. do you have to drill a hole to run the wires or do you route it another way? i have the kc mounting brackets also. i want it to look as best as possible so i dont want the wires to be too visible.

X3 on under the cowl, just lay the windshield back and chase yer wires under it and you can pop off the dash top panel for easy access to run the wires behind the dash.

x4 on the cowl method. but i just drilled holes from inside the cowl channel, one to engine compartment and an adjacent one to drop down behind dash. just be careful whats on the other side before you drill.

04 Sahara, with a lift, some stuff, and a few things, on some 33's, blah, blah, blah.
A perpetual work in progress. Too much to list, not nearly enough to matter.
My RigRater Score: 387RRv1.0 with a BOA of 18.92 (and just how exactly is this going to help me over that big arse rock?)
