Kill switch

Anyone have a kill switch on your Jeep? Did you use fuel or ignition? Mine is an 04 6cyl.so there's efi and no distributer.

I have this ORO ADA II Its easy to install. You can build one yourself too with a quick search.

Seems if you were sure of the wire in the harness, you could make your own.

I was curious about something like this and searched around, but didn't know what to look for, as far as the magnetic switch. There are pistol locks that work only when you are wearing a magnetic ring that releases the lock. Something similar would be cool.

Very easy. I have no electrical knowledge and it was the very first mod to my jeep, so that says something. I did it because my jeep will start with anything that resembles a key and at the time had no money to have it re keyed.

Updated – TJ Theft Protection ADE/ADE-II w/Light Chaos - JeepsUnlimited.com Forums You can do the full blown or just add a simple switch. Just use the instruction for the correct wire to cut.

That is AWESOME! Thank you so much for that link. I googled (I'm usually pretty good at it) and didn't see anything.

I got some wiring to do now!
