knocking sound with suspension.

I keep hearing this knocking noise anytime my front suspension flexes. I heard the same noise when one of my sway bar links broke, but I replaced it. Even a speed bump causes the sound now. Some help would be great.

check your control arm bushes, they may be worn allowing steering linkages etc to hit.

Put jeep in 4wd low and first gear and get someone to rock jeep back and forth while you lay underneath, you will see if they are moving around too much

Yeah I was able to find the problem without a friend. I rocked it around a bit and the noise came straight fro the sway bar links. I don't know why they are making so much noise. I just replaced one of them. I figured this is a good opportunity to get some disconnects anyways.
