Large Stretch Net ???

Anyone know if someone makes a net that would cover the rear tub when you travel with top down. I am planning a trip, and don't want to worry about stuff blowing out. A giant stretch net would work. Thanks in advance.

Somebody was making spiderweb nets for trucks awhile ago, I'll bet JCWhitney or some other truck parts distributor might have something like that..

hokie, I don't know what you think, but those nets on the links above are f'n hideous! Were you thinking something more along the lines of a tonneau cover made of net material? I think that would be cool... especially if it was elastic.

I use a cargo net that came with my wife old (now gone) Mittsubishi Montero Sport. It covers the rear part of the tub perfectly (at the top of the tub level), has +/- inch and a half holes in the netting, and stretches nicely over all of my gear when I go camping/wheelin'.

The net material looks like the one in the picture of this link ( http://www.cargogear.com/OneItemInfo...um=COCARGONETM ), but the net is only roughly the size of the rear portion of the Jeep, from the back of the front seats to the tailgate.

What did you end up with? We've been prototyping exactly that. We did test fittings yesterday. Looks like its going to be really cool. Its a one piece 1/4" mesh that covers the entire tub attaching to the roll bar and tub sides. Should have a picture in the next couple of weeks.
