last minute help..

im gettin 33x10.5 KM2s, the 3.25 suspenion lift from Rough Country, and 15x8 52 series from pro comp. Once all this stuff is installed on my car, what all effects will it have? Is there anything I need to change and/or fix? Will I need new brakes? What all am i going to need to fix my car for all this stuff to be on?

Depending on your gears you may want to regear if you loose enough power. Brakes will be ok, but upgrading wouldn't be a bad idea, if you have money to throw at them. Speedo gear can be swapped to compensate for tire size.

That's all I can think of at the moment. I don't know if you'll need a MML and TC drop, maybe.

Thanks. But if i get this installed professionaly, maybe at like discount tire or somewhere, wont they re gear it for me? But i read that if i go over a 3" of a lift it might be bad on my breaks. I will mostly be running my jeep on the streets.

Gears run about 1200 bucks installed, front and rear, and no a tire place is probably not where you want to have it done. You might have issues with the brake lines being too short, but I don't know. The biggest brake issue comes from needing more brakes to stop more rolling mass.....

You will need to have the Toe set (or set it yourself). If it were me I'd install the parts, then drive it around the block, and set the toe. Then re check the Toe after a week or two (give the suspension time to settle).

Braking distances will extend. but drive it and see how it works for you. Changing brake pads can help (don't bother with drilled or slotted rotors, they won't help anything).

A shop won't regeat unless you tell them to since the new gears are about $200 per axle.
And the brake will be fine

I think the brake lines will be short. How much would it cost me to fix that?

No clue about brake line costs. Just call the shop doing the install and ask them. I wouldn't think it'd be a lot.. And do have the toe in checked after the lift, I forgot that part...

alright. But in the rc 3.25 suspension lift it does come with 2.5" progressive rate coil springs, 0.75" poly isolater spacers, sway-bar links, and transfer case drop kit in the front, and in the back it comes with 2.5" progressive rate coil springs, 0.75" poly isolater spacers, sway-bar links, and track bar drop bracket. . and it does say the shocks Includes (4) RCX Performance 2.2 series shocks.

Basically, get the stuff put on. Set the Toe, and drive it.

Any issues will become apparent.

Im from Arlington, right next to Dallas. And this is bit of a dumb question, but what is setting the toe exactly? Im kinda new and dont know that much stuff but some.

I actually just installed this exact lift about a week and a half ago and I ran into no problems when I was done. I would say give it a shot yourself. The one problem I did run into was the bolts they gave me for the TC drop kit were standard not metric so the thread pattern was off. All I did was run to the hardware store and got the correct ones. If you have any questions about it just PM me. In regards to the toe questions I just took it to the local tire shop to get an alignment.
