LCA bracket bent....

I need to remove the pass. side LCA from the axle. I am afraid of the Jeep calapsing on me. Will the other control arm hold the axle in place? I will chuack the tires, but will the axle move it's caster?

You'll be fine doing that. The other lower arm will keep it from rotating. You might need a rachet strap or something similar to move the axle to get the bolt back in though.

Just unbolt it....it wont collapse, or move. Dont forget you have 3 other arms and the coils holding everything tight.
But a small jackstand under the axle on that side if you want.

The springs support the Jeep above the axles, not the control arms.

The springs might support the jeep. But I was worried about the axle twisting and coming loose from underneath and the jeep crashing down on me. I will chaulk the wheels and use a jack under the axle to support things.

The other 3 CAs wil hold the axle. You can remove 1 CA without a problem.
