Leaking Hardtop

So this morning I woke up to a snowstorm here in the northeast. I know the Wrangler can handle anything and everything. Unfortunately, with all my attemps to seal up the rear window, I am still getting leakage in the corners near the gate.

I have noticed that what needs to be replaced is the rubber on the rear window. I am having the toughest time trying to locate replacement pieces to seal up the rear window.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
