Leaking Hardtop - Normal ???

I am looking at a 1998 Wrangler that has a hardtop.

The dealer says that the top leaks a little. He didn't say where.
He also stated that all TJ hardtops leak a little.

I'm sure that NOT ALL of the hardtops leak.
But, provided that the top is not warped or damaged, could this be just a matter of needing to replace a seal?

My hard top doesn't leak. Been raining for the last three days due to Isaac and no leaks. Probably a seal bad.

Yeah.
I figured he was trying to put a spin on it, making it sound like it was normal.
No seller wants to admit that the vehicle has flaws.

I have a leak but I think it is where the light wire goes through the door and not the top

My hard top doesn't leak, but it's not a stock hard top. If you find out where the leak is, it's probably not too hard to patch it up. It's not a dealbreaker I don't think.
